Our office is filled with furry friends, and we pride ourselves on our commitment to their well-being and the satisfaction of our customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to pet exports.
  • Coordinate the logistics of exporting pets, ensuring all paperwork and processes are handled efficiently.
  • Occasionally drive the company van to drop off pets at Heathrow Airport.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • A genuine love for animals and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid car license, with the ability to drive the small company van as rarely needed.
  • No prior air freight experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
