The Role:Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in processing customer orders, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring timely deliveries. Key responsibilities include:Processing and managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiencyKeeping customers updated on order progress and product availabilityCoordinating with production to ensure on-time deliveriesHandling customer enquiries and sending order acknowledgementsCommunicating with stakeholders to ensure up-to-date product data

Salary: £30,000Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 | Friday 08:30-15:30Benefits: 25 days holiday | Up to 10.5% company pension contribution | SIP share scheme | Life assurance
