Senior Customer Support Specialist

Salary - £32,000 - £36,000

Our client is a well known and respected brand based in excellent offices and offering a superb benefits package.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the highest level of customer service is given to their consumers.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to queries and complaints through all mediums in a professional manner
- Organising refunds, replacements or repairs as appropriate
- Updating internal systems including SAP / Salesforce / Excel
- Building excellent relationships and liaising with internal departments as necessary
- Fully participating in meetings and providing training as appropriate
Education
- ALevels at a minimum, degree preferred
Knowledge
- Excellent use of English in a business environment
- Knowledge of SAP preferred
Skills
- Competent Excel user in order to analyse data
- Ability to assess procedures and implement improvements as necessary
Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience working within a customer service role, either B2B or B2C
- Ability to respond to all social media enquiries with the experience of working on different communication channels
