Salary - £32,000 - £36,000

The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the highest level of customer service is given to their consumers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to queries and complaints through all mediums in a professional manner
  • Organising refunds, replacements or repairs as appropriate
  • Updating internal systems including SAP / Salesforce / Excel
  • Building excellent relationships and liaising with internal departments as necessary
  • Fully participating in meetings and providing training as appropriate

Education

  • ALevels at a minimum, degree preferred

Knowledge

  • Excellent use of English in a business environment
  • Knowledge of SAP preferred

Skills

  • Competent Excel user in order to analyse data
  • Ability to assess procedures and implement improvements as necessary

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience working within a customer service role, either B2B or B2C
  • Ability to respond to all social media enquiries with the experience of working on different communication channels
