Are you an experienced Data Centre Shift Manager with a passion for facilities maintenance and data centres? Trevett Services are working with a market leader in the FM and building maintenance industry who are currently looking for a data centre shift manager to join their team managing a technical team of engineers across one of their critical data centre contract. The engineer will join a business which are keen to elevate a data centre manager and assist them in their career. This business opens the chance for this individual to work on a new contract and get a chance to increase their career.

Responsibilities:

- Managing and motivating a team off shift engineers across multiple disciplines.

- Ensure that routine maintenance is carried out to all building plant, equipment and systems to
meet and exceed expectations, and agreed service level agreements

- Provide emergency response - Respond to work interruptions, outages or emergencies consistent within the SLA.

- Support contract mobilisation including implementation of CBRE QHSE and risk management processes and procedures, development and testing of operational procedures and, onboarding and training of engineering staff.

Requirements:

- Have experience managing a team off engineers on a days or shift basis.

- Strong knowledge of electrical and critical systems.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Experience with client liaison.

- Experience with hands on and hands off (SLAs, Health and Safety, QSHE)

- Must have a current or previous HV ticket as well as being fully electrically qualified.
