Data Centre Supervisor - Slough - 60k - 65k + Package

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Data Centre Supervisor to join an industry leaderon a brand new contract win in Slough. This is a pivotal role for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art data centre, where you will provide day-to-day technical support and leadership to our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the data centre, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and proactive work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on critical infrastructure and systems.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in the development and training of team members, promoting continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Current or previous High Voltage Authorised Person (HVAP) certification is essential.
