My client in Greater London is looking to appoint talented Digital Service Designer on a Contract basis.
This role is responsible for the Digital Service Design process for either Adult Social Care and/or Housing.
About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Lead on the user-centred Service Design for the Council.
- Help to modernise service and legacy systems as part of a wider digital transformation objective.
- Lead on 'fixing the basics' and streamline efficiencies and processes as part of the Design and strategy.
- Create intuitive, user-centred solutions while improving operational efficiency.
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in end-to-end, User-centred / UX Service Design
- Understanding of Local Authority / Public Sector GDS standards and design.
- Experience and understanding of either Adult Social Care or Housing is desired.
- Local Government experience is highly advantageous.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £450-£600+ per day, inside IR35.
