Who we are?

Navajo Leasing is a rapidly expanding business with big plans for 2025, we provide a comprehensive range of commercial vehicles from cars, SUVs and vans through to 44 tonne rated articulated tractor Units and trailers. Comprehensive maintenance support - maintenance and repair support for vehicles and GSE equipment at both airside and our local workshop.

What we do?

Our dedicated professional team works diligently and fast to support contracted add not contracted vehicles. Bodywork, servicing, tyres, breakdown, modifications, regular checks, recovery etc

Heavy Goods Technician Requirements

  • Driving licence essential, LGV/HGV, new candidates will be offered as HGV training.
  • Experience working in the industry providing a good base upon which you can further build your knowledge
  • You will be working to high standards and must have experience working on different makes and models of cars, vans, lorries etc, and to be able to apply your technical knowledge and skills to effectively service/diagnose and repair customers vehicles
  • To be able to work well under pressure, to be punctual and honest with strong work ethic
  • We require a team player that works well under pressure
  • Diagnose standard faults
  • Ensuring that your workshop area is kept clean and tidy

Ground Support Equipment (GSE) experience

Must have the relevant right to work in the UK documentation.

Experience in Aviation Business

Heavy Good

Post qualification workshop experience in heavy goods vehicle repairs and maintenance

Additional Duties

  • Ensure shift workload is completed to the required Navajo standard
  • Ensure the planned workload is completed
  • Ensure that unplanned work is completed and resolved to a conclusion satisfactory to the customer
  • Communicate vehicle status with customers when required
  • Ensure all customers are dealt with promptly, efficiently and courteously
  • Answer telephones and deal with queries or escalate where necessary
  • Remain up to date with the latest vehicle technology and changes
