Day-to-day of the role:
  • Implement educational programs that stimulate learning and development in line with early years’ curriculum.
  • Engage children in activities that encourage cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
  • Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.
  • Collaborate with other educational staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • You will have Early Years teacher status/Early Years professional status or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent, along with Maths and English qualifications and a commitment to safeguarding and ongoing professional development. 
  • Proven experience in early years education.
  • Strong understanding of the developmental milestones of young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
