About the Role:

?? Supporting children with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.?? Working closely with the class teacher to adapt lessons and activities.?? Providing 1:1 support and small group interventions.?? Encouraging independence and confidence in students.?? Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Experience working with children with SEND (preferred but not essential).?? A caring and patient approach.?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.?? A positive attitude and a passion for education.?? Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) - desirable but not essential.
