About the Role: The successful candidate will provide in-class support for students in English lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 (Years 7 to 10). You'll work closely with students with special educational needs (SEN), offering one-to-one guidance and helping them succeed within the English department.

What We're Looking For:
- A degree in English or a related field
- A valid Enhanced DBS Disclosure and, if applicable, Overseas Police Clearances
- A full employment history (covering the last 10 years, where possible) with professional reference checks
- Legal right to work in the UK
