Join our dedicated team in Maidenhead, where we are committed to providing exceptional educational support to students with diverse needs. We are seeking passionate and experienced Teaching Assistants to enhance our inclusive and supportive environment in our secondary schools.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide classroom support to students with special needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other developmental or learning difficulties.
  • Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Support students with emotional and behavioural disorders, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored educational programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student engagement and learning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in any of the following areas: Special Needs, Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental needs, learning difficulties, learning disabilities, classroom support, special education, or similar fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in special education or related areas are desirable.
