Orion is working with a UK-based electronics design and manufacturing company. The company is a world leader in power quality products and IoT devices with manufacturing in the UK, the Middle East, and the Far East.

Responsibilities of the Junior Electrical Design Engineer:

• To take a significant role in the electrical design of products and systems.
• To be involved in testing products and bringing them into production.
• To support the design of new automatic voltage regulation products and to develop existing power quality products.
• To be involved in technical discussions with other members of the design team, to help form and clarify technical specifications for new products and projects.
• To contribute to product development by maintaining and creating electrical wiring system diagrams in Eplan and AutoCAD.

Requirements for the Junior Electrical Design Engineer:

• Should be qualified to at least HND level or similar in Electrical Engineering
• The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical engineering.
• Experience in Eplan and AutoCAD.
• They should have practical experience in selecting and sizing electrical system components and materials.
• Full tight to work in the UK.
