Position: Lead Electrical Engineer
Location: Two day a week in the Slough office and 3 Days field based
Duration: Permanent
Salary: Approx £45,000 plus package
We are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer for a full time, permanent position that is office and field based.
This position will be supporting the Contract Manager and the Engineers in relation to technical support, compliance, health and safety regs, environmental issues, site surveys, electrical regulations as some on site technical support
The right person for this position will already have a strong Commercial Electrical Maintenance background with experience as a Lead / Supervising Engineer
They need to be Level 3 Electrical Qualified, 18th Edition, 2391 Test and Inspect and AM2. It would be a bonus if this person has LVAP and PASMA but it is not essential.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start moving up into Contract Management positions.
Requirements
- Strong background in Commercial Electrical Maintenance
- Experienced as a Lead or Supervising Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Electrical and Health and Safety Regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be willing to work office based a couple of days a week
- Level 3 Electrical Qualified with 2391, 18thEdition and AM2
- Able to conduct site surveys and manage compliance needs
- Willing to support the engineers on the tools when needed
- Having LV Appointed person would be an advantage but not essential
