What will you be doing as their Engineering Administrator? 

  • Raising Purchase Orders via Suppliers across the UK, EU and further afield
  • Collaborate with internal teams on current order statuses and update internal systems to reflect any changes to price, delivery lead times etc. 
  • Update and maintain their internal CRM with updates on which suppliers are being used, their costing changes etc.
  • Scheduling deliveries within assigned supplier accounts

What do you need to demonstrate on your CV?

  • A minimum of two years experience working as an administrator within a regulated environment i.e. medical, engineering, manufacturing etc. 
  • Worked on a variety of CRM systems such as SAP, MS Excel etc. 
  • Ability to work with a variety of numerical information i.e. pricing etc. 
  • Happy to work onsite Monday to Friday 
  • Ability to work in the UK without any Visa restrictions, our client are not in a position to provide any future or immediate sponsorship requests.
