Key purpose summary

Responsibility for setting up new customers and submitting for credit approval, issuing of customer contracts and ensuring we have complete & accurate documents, managing quotations and order conversions for renewals and new orders.

Responsibility for providing customer excellence and responding to all incoming customer queries in a timely & sensitive manner, ensuring all customers are treated fairly.

Principle accountabilities:

You are required to maintain ethical standards in accordance with the Company's Compliance Guidelines and Policies including Anti-Bribery and all relevant competition law.

Internal account management of the Company car fleet, for renewals & new and responding to general queries.

Responsible for setting up new customers in the Key2 system ensuring all data is accurate & complete and progressing credit applications with the Credit Team.

Responsible for issuing of all customer contract documents (not automatically produced by the system) and manage receipt of all signed documents back from the customer.

Provide quoting to customers for new and renewal of vehicles and conversion to order, ensuring all customer details are recorded accordingly to all right first time order placement with the supplying dealer.

Respond to all inbound customer enquiries in a timely & professional manner seeking to resolve enquiries directly whenever possible or directing to the appropriate department. Support with customer complaints where required.

Manage customer renewals via outbound call activity to determine customer intentions towards the end of their contract.

Switch to other responsibilities within the Procurement & Operations team to cover peak periods and periods of absence.

Continuous focus to identify areas of improvement and where we are receiving repeated areas of complaints and to provide recommended solutions wherever possible.

Contribute to project related activities as we look to further develop the business and develop new products & services.
