Our client, a renowned children’s charity, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their Executive Support team on an initial 3-month contract, ideally on a full-time Hybrid basis.

The Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of the organisation, ensuring seamless operations within the Executive Support Team. You will work closely with senior Directors who oversees a significant remit within the charity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Operations Director
- Assist with Board-level committees meetings, supporting the CEO, Board, and senior executives as needed.
- Line manage the Coordinator, ensuring the smooth running of meetings and providing cover during leave periods.
- Take accurate and detailed minutes for critical meetings.
- Collaborate with the team to manage external calls on a rota basis.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a charitable or non-profit organisation, local authority or healthcare.
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding new starters
- Proven record of detailed, accurate and timely minute-taking
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle varied responsibilities.
- Previous knowledge and understanding of Social Care/ children's social care
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
