Description
Finance Analyst responsibilities:
- Provide key financial insights to aid in strategic business decision-making
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with various teams to compile and review financial plans and budgets
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and produce reports to management
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with financial forecasts and variance analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
- Analyse financial/sales data to support decision-making on a sales & cost level.
- Putting together Rolling Sales forecasts on an ongoing basis
Profile
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with other financial software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive and good use of initiative
