I am seeking an experienced contractor with a passion for driving change and implementing impactful solutions to join a unique charity to lead on improving financial processes including the implementation of a new finance system.
Working with a unique charity, this Interim Finance Transformation Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organisation’s finance function, driving efficiencies, ready for a permanent Head of Finance to join post-implementation. The office is based in Berkshire, with a hybrid working pattern on offer during the six to nine month contract.
The main responsibilities include:
- Drive the implementation of a new finance system.
- Review and improve finance processes, particularly around project accounting.
- Champion change management to engage and empower the finance team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in finance system implementations and project accounting.
- Expertise in change management, with a strong track record of process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and inspire a skilled but stretched team.
- A collaborative, adaptable approach, with the ability to navigate a complex organisational culture.
