An exciting opportunity for a home based Mortgage Assessor with a well respected, award winning shared ownership specialist Mortgage Brokerage has arisen due to ongoing expansion.
You would be the initial point of contact for potential mortgage clients. These clients have been referred by a housing association or developer as they are looking to buy a shared ownership property.
Your role would be taking the client through affordability, credit and suitability checks for a mortgage before organising a date / time for an appointment with a Mortgage Adviser.
You will benefit from the support of the management and administration team plus there is on going training. Due to the nature of this role previous experience of working in the banking or mortgage sector is advantageous. This role would suit a mortgage broker who is looking to stop advising.
A salary of £25,000 - £27,000 is on offer.
