Freightserve recruitment is seeking a Finance / Accounts Manager for a reputable Freight Forwarder located in Slough, Berkshire.
The role involves managing the accounts department, handling accounts payable and receivable, sales ledger, billing, credit control, invoicing, and completing reports such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets.
Candidates must have experience in the Freight industry and knowledge of all account duties, along with familiarity with Sage software.
The position requires at least a few years of relevant experience within the freight sector.

Daily Duties:-

To manage the account department
Accounts payable/ receivable
Sales Ledger
All Billing
Credit Control
Invoicing
Complete reports (Profit & Loss / Balance Sheets)
Credit checks
Liaising with Senior Management / Director
Dealing with all queries
P&L Reports
VAT Returns
Completing all month end accounts

Required Experience:-

Knowledge of all Account duties
Experience within The Freight industry
Sage experience
