Job Title: Finance Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)
Salary: £36,000 - £38,000
Location: Slough
Length: Ongoing temporary
Our corporate client based in Slough are looking for a Finance Accounting Specialist who will responsible for the management of data applications, balance sheet management and systems management.
Main responsibilities:
- Support AP/P2P function including AP invoices processing
- Support the AR department on customer accounts allocation and reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of results
- Ensure full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all balances
- Preparation of financial reporting and MI
- Drives process improvement and broader business where appropriate
- Selective monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and associated quarterly reporting
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Liaise with the Treasury Department
Experience/Knowledge:
- 5 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Graduate and finalist/part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Business Objects experience is desirable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
