Job Title: Finance Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)

Salary: £36,000 - £38,000

Location: Slough

Length: Ongoing temporary

Our corporate client based in Slough are looking for a Finance Accounting Specialist who will responsible for the management of data applications, balance sheet management and systems management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support AP/P2P function including AP invoices processing
  • Support the AR department on customer accounts allocation and reconciliation
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of results
  • Ensure full monthly reconciliation and confirmation of all balances
  • Preparation of financial reporting and MI
  • Drives process improvement and broader business where appropriate
  • Selective monthly balance sheet reconciliation process and associated quarterly reporting
  • Identify opportunities for improvement
  • Liaise with the Treasury Department

Experience/Knowledge:

  • 5 years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Graduate and finalist/part qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Business Objects experience is desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
