Description
Finance Administrator Responsibilities
- Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain and update financial records
- Handle invoicing and payment collection
- Process customer and supplier invoices
- Raise Purchase Orders
- Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
- Assist in financial audits
- Support other finance-related tasks as required
Profile
A successful Finance Administrator should have
- Exposure to previous Financial roles
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
