We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to support the accounting and finance team of a company in the technology and telecoms industry. The successful candidate will process orders, handle invoicing, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and timely.

Description

Finance Administrator Responsibilities

  • Process and review orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection
  • Process customer and supplier invoices
  • Raise Purchase Orders
  • Liaise with the sales team to resolve any order discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports
  • Assist in financial audits
  • Support other finance-related tasks as required

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have

  • Exposure to previous Financial roles
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
