Role: Finance Manager

Salary: Up to Circa 38K + Bonus incentive

Location: Slough (on site)

Hours: 37.5 Hour week

I am currently in search of a personable and professional Finance Manager to join my client's team based onsite in Slough. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate cash flow monitoring, reporting, and forecasting, as well as managing service charges effectively.

The successful candidate will be a real team player who will roll up their sleeves to support with other office duties occasionally such as meeting and greeting clients and ad-hoc administrative tasks too.

Key duties will include but not be limited to;

Deliver all accounting services including budget setting, year-end management periodic reporting and day to day management
Regular reporting on service charges, landlord expenditure and cash flow
Review budget management to ensure that expenditure is in line with forecast
Review expenditure variances and challenge budget holders on inaccuracies
Management of suppliers ensuring all PO's and queries are dealt with a timely fashion
Cashflow reporting for service charges and landlord expenditure
Assist with periodic audits
Management of utility invoices
Liase with relevant stakeholders regarding budget data and reporting to ensure correct administration concerning the payment of invoices
Undertake all other reasonable duties as requested by the Centre Manager and Savills team.

Please note - an advanced working knowledge of excel is crucial to the delivery of this role. Experience working on proactis is advantageous but not essential.
