- Managing the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems including the production of monthly Management Accounts pack and financial commentary, VAT returns and Intrastat.
- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and forecasting
- Analysing change and providing marketplace and trend analysis
- Managing budgets and reporting variances
- Reconcile the bank accounts
- Liaising with auditors and preparation for annual audit
- Manage the payroll function for the company and ensure full compliance with all payroll related matters
- Managing AP and AR staff (currently 3 in total) ensuring that payments are made to suppliers and received from customers according to payment terms
- Credit management including setting up accounts, credit risk and assessment, escalation of aged debt matters
- Manage & improve system processes within the business
