Goodman Masson is partnering with an established and rapidly growing sports & hospitality business, seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across its core division.

This newly created role, following an organisational restructure, offers an exciting opportunity to drive process improvements, standardise financial reporting, and support business expansion.

The company boasts a strong market presence with a forecasted 10% growth for FY26 and an appetite for continued acquisitions.

Offices are based in Middlesex, with parking available on site.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified accountant with PQE (ACA or equivalent).
  • Experience with multi-site hospitality (i.e. hotels / pubs), either from industry or practice.
  • Strong balance sheet and P&L review experience.
  • Proven track record in process improvements and automation.
  • Audit Managers looking to make their first move to industry will also be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage month-end reporting and consolidation for the business's core division, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business operations, revenue streams, and cost drivers.
  • Review and provide feedback on monthly P&L and balance sheet narratives.
  • Oversee cash flow management and forecasts across all sites.
  • Manage annual budgeting, external audits, and statutory accounts preparation.
  • Standardise processes across finance teams and drive automation where feasible.
  • Provide operational support through regular site visits and engagement with local finance teams.
  • Act as a key stakeholder in business transformation initiatives, championing process improvements.
