Liaise with Accountants in each country to ensure they have all information regular meetings to ensure accurate information flow
Go through VAT returns issued by all entities for sign offMake sure procurement procedures tie in properly with the accounts department
Review staff and build your own new team if required
Reviewing and issuing management accounts monthly to Directors (all Entities)Liaise with internal HR to review payroll procedures in all entities
