We are looking for a Bank Reconciliations Assistant to support a dynamic finance team on a temporary basis. The Role

As a Bank Reconciliations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely reconciliations of bank accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing daily bank reconciliations using Blackline, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

  • Investigating and resolving discrepancies by posting necessary adjustments into the General Ledger.

  • Reconciling the Main Cash Account, Disbursement Account, and Store Receipts Account.

  • Collaborating with the wider finance team to support month-end closing processes.

  • Ensuring all reconciliations comply with internal policies and accounting best practices.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in bank reconciliations.

  • Familiarity with D365 and Blackline (preferred but not essential).

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to investigate discrepancies effectively.

  • A self-motivated and can-do attitude, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to financial reconciliation.
