Right Now Group are looking for a Freight Export Administrator (Part Time) to work on a Permanent Part time basis for our client who are a medium sized Freight Forwarder. As a Export Administrator (Part Time) You will be responsible for producing export documentation and customs entries to assist with processing exports in the event. Responsibilities of a Freight Export Administrator (Part Time):

  • Prepare and process all necessary export documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
  • Schedule and coordinate shipments with airlines, freight forwarders and transport companies.
  • track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit and complete post flighting for clients.
  • communicate with clients to provide shipment updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
  • Assist with completing Air Export customs entries and entering the data onto the system.

The successful Freight Export Administrator (Part Time)

  • Ideally the candidate will have experience within Air Exports, however the client are open to providing full training to the right person.
  • Must have excellent communication skills via phone and email.
  • strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment.
  • familiarity with customs clearance processes and documentation requirements.
