A global freight forwarder located near Heathrow is looking for an Air Export Clerk to manage pharma and life science shipments.
The role involves handling export shipments from start to finish, including customs entries and invoicing clients.
Candidates should have at least one year of freight forwarding experience, particularly with export customs entries and knowledge of GDP regulations.
The position offers a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.
The salary for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.

My clients a global, friendly freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area. They are seeking a AIR EXPORT CLERK to handle pharma and life science shipments.

Duties would include:

Handling Export shipments start-finish
Customs entries (CDS)
Air, Sea, road and Courier
Job costing
Invoicing clients
Updating clients on shipments
KPI's/ SOP's
GDP Regulations

Skills needed:

1 years + freight forwarding experience
Export customs entries
Pharama / GDP Knowledge and experience

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 09.00-17.30pm
