The job opportunity is in Air Freight Exports with a growing Freight Forwarder that promotes career advancement.
Candidates will manage VIP clients, handling shipments from start to finish, including quotations, export Customs Entries, and invoicing.
A minimum of 3-4 years of Air Freight experience is required, with knowledge of shipping pharmaceutical products being advantageous.
The position offers a salary of up to £40K, along with a call-out allowance and team bonuses.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with an on-call rota every 10 weeks that includes weekend coverage remotely.

You will be looking after VIP clients handling shipments from start to finish including quotations, dealing with overseas agents, export Customs Entries and invoicing.

Occasionally arranging road freight shipments entries & 1 i's declarations

Minimum of 3-4 years Air Freight experience is essential and some knowledge of shipping pharmaceutical products would be an advantage.

Hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

Working Monday to Friday and there is an Export on call rota (1 week in10) would include weekend coverage (remotely from home) for which a generous call out allowance is paid.

Experience required:

Min 4 years air export experience with excellent communication and customer care skills.

Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given Good excel skills

Salary is up to £40K plus call out allowance plus team bonus.
