- Out-of-Hours Coverage: Additional income potential for supporting the Import Department from home (laptop provided).
- Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate.

- Manage AOG/time-sensitive shipments with precision and efficiency.
- Process air and road shipments based on customer requests (via phone/email).
- Prepare and manage export/import documentation, including Hawbs, Mawbs, customs formalities, and airline liaison.
- Ensure compliance with IATA/airline regulations and supplier instructions (IPR, OPR, export licenses).
- Monitor pre-alerts, post-flight updates, and provide accurate quotations.
- Provide holiday shift coverage as needed.
- Prior experience in import/export operations, particularly with AOG shipments.
- Background in aerospace/aircraft parts shipping (preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Proficiency in software such as Boxtop, e-Customs/CDS, and Microsoft Office.
- Educated to GCSE or A-Level standard.
- Fluent in English (multi-lingual skills advantageous).
- Cargo Op security training required.
- Valid UK driver’s license (essential due to location).
- Forklift license (preferred; training available).
- Willingness to cover additional shifts as required.
