Our client is looking for an Air Export Clerk - Key Account
Main duties: Will be part of a team of 3, solely looking after all aspects for a VIP customer / multiple divisions Maintain a strong relationship with customer Responsible for completing all export documentation start to finish Co-ordinating shipments direct out of Ireland and from Ireland to UK Export Customs Entries Invoicing Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, T1 declarations.
Hours 9am-6pm
Be part of Export on call rota - 1 week in 10, which would include weekend coverage (remotely - from 6pm Friday - 9am the following Friday).
Person specification (inc. technical/professional requirements)
Required qualifications: Level CO AvSec trained desirable but not essential as training can be provided
Required experience: Min 4 years air export experience. Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given. Good excel knowledge
Personal skills: Good communication skills Well-organised - The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good commercial awareness Good at problem solving / Thinking outside of the box
Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience plus on call rota allowance
