An established client in Colnbrook is seeking an experienced Export Air Clerk to join their dynamic export department.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of export experience in a freight forwarding company and aerospace experience is preferred.
The role involves managing export shipments, collating documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
The position offers a salary with the potential for a company bonus equivalent to one month's salary per year and generous overtime opportunities.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30, and the role does not provide UK sponsorship.

Our Clients are searching for an experienced Air export operator to join our clients growing team, based in Colnbrook.

Working within a dynamic and busy export department

Role and Responsibilities:

To action Export shipments via air / road via customer’s requests
Collation of all Export documentation from start to finish.
Cutting Airway Bills
AOG Experience would be an advantage - shipping time sensitive shipments ·
Customs - to ensure custom documentation is in accordance with supplier’s instructions
Invoicing
Transport; arranging and liaising with driver.
Experience of Pre-Alerts and Post Flight Experience

Candidate Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years Export Experience working in a Freight Forwarding Company ·
Aerospace Experience · AOG / Time sensitive shipments
Must be a car driver
Be Flexiable for on call at weekends to do import entries will be trained if required (Generous overtime / WFH)

Working hours Mon - Fri 0900 / 1730hrs
