The role of Air Freight Export Clerk requires at least 2 years of start to finish experience.

The Role

Coordinating with customers and overseas agents via email and telephone
Arranging collections
Booking shipments with airlines via online platforms, email and phone
Completing airfreight export documentationon our in-house system(House and master airwaybills
Completing airfreight exports customs entries (Sequoia)
Sending pre alerts to overseas office via email
Post flights
Invoicing
Scanning of files to our system

2 years experience in a similar role

AOG/time critical experience preferred
