The role requires completing customs entries using systems such as CDS, Sequoia, and Sigma, along with invoicing and customer updates.
Light warehouse work may be involved, but the primary focus is on high-level customer service and managing imports.
Candidates should have extensive experience in imports and be comfortable working in small teams with a mature attitude.
The position offers a stable work environment with a salary of £30,000 to £35,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

NEW JUST IN! We are recruiting for a medium sized forwarder who have niche contracts and handle high profile customers. They are looking for someone who has strong air import experience and able to handle imports start - finish.

You will be involved in the who process of the shipment and a high level of customer service is essential!

- Completing customs entries - systems used CDS / Sequoia / Sigma

- Invoicing and billing

- Updating customers

- Light warehouse work if required (not often)

- Once goods received in warehouse arranging for their own drivers to make deliveries to client direct

This role is suited to someone who has a wealth of imports experience, likes to handle the shipments throughout and look after a customer, you should work well in small teams and have a mature attitude.

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 17.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
