We are seeking an experienced Air Export Clerk to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring seamless delivery of their air export shipments. Day-to-day of the role:- Arrange air export freight forwarding for our customers, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- Process export customs entries and generate Air Waybills (AWBs).
- Coordinate with airlines and hauliers to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
- Monitor and report on the progress of shipments, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate updates to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Looking for two years of experience in air freight export.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with export documentation and customs regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal and operational guidelines.
