The Role:

As our Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your pupils.
  • Create a positive, nurturing, and structured environment that encourages independence, creativity, and emotional well-being.
  • Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to develop holistic, individualized learning plans.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, setting realistic and achievable goals in line with their EHCPs.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere, celebrating each child's achievements and progress.

  • A qualified teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for supporting pupils with special educational needs.
  • Experience teaching primary-aged children, with a strong understanding of SEN and inclusive practices.
  • Patience, resilience, and adaptability to work effectively in a SEN setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
