What does the role involve?
- Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the office and support processes on site
- Managing the in-house systems and databases
- Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
- Managing and maintaining office files
- Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
- Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
Your Experience
- Experience within an Administration role would be an advantage however full training will be given
- Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
- Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
