What does the role involve?

Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the office and support processes on site
Managing the in-house systems and databases
Liaising and communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
Managing and maintaining office files
Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.

Your Experience

Experience within an Administration role would be an advantage however full training will be given
Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
