Hire Desk Controllerseeking a hire desk controller to work in Colnbrook Dealing with site’s in the London area, to provide a high level of service supplying equipment when required.To work within a busy procurement department.Duties to include· Taking phone call’s/receiving e-mails for requests of plant and equipment.· Taking phone call’s/receiving e-mails for returns of plant and equipment.· Planning transport for deliveries and collections of equipment from sites based within the M25. · Dealing with 3rd party companies sourcing equipment where we do not have equipment in stock.· Dealing with queries from site’s & solving any issue’s.· Producing reports to help manage the asset’s/equipment within the company.· Buying materials to service the site requirement’s.Skill Requirements· Experience within the plant hire industry · Pc literate with Strong Microsoft office experience - Excel in particular.· Self-motivator with strong organisation skills· Syrinx plant hire system experience would be an advantage· Working as part of team.Job Type - Full TimeJob Location - Colnbrook
