HR Admin

My client is seeking a HR Admin to join their team in Slough. This position offers a basic Salary of £30,000-£32,000 and is office based 5 days per week. Interviewing now, immediate start available!

HR Admin responsibilities include: 

Responsibility for new starter documents, including Issuing of Contracts of employment and checking Right to Work documents.Working collaboratively with payroll to ensure that all HR paperwork required to process new starters/leavers and changes to employee records is accurate and is received in a timely manner.Issuing letters confirming changes in employees Terms & Conditions.Responsibility for managing employee files.Dealing with colleague enquiries over the telephone or email

Conducting new starter calls and exit interviews

Other Adhoc duties to support the wider HR team

Key Skills and Attributes we are looking for in our HR Admin:Experience of working in a fast-paced environment balancing a busy work load

Understanding of the generalist employee lifecycle with great attention to detail.

A basic understanding of Microsoft Systems (Word & Excel) and using HR and Payroll SystemsAble to work to tight deadlines and multitask effectivelyExcellent verbal and written Communication skillsFlexible in your approach, enthusiastic, organised and enjoy working as part of a team
