We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse facility in Colnbrook, SL3 0AA. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in HR to develop their skills and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Handling HR-related admin, including maintaining employee records and updating systems.
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, from job adverts to onboarding.
  • Managing holiday, absence, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Supporting employee relations by assisting with queries and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • General administrative support to the HR team.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in an HR/admin role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
