We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join a fast-paced warehouse facility in Colnbrook, SL3 0AA. This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in HR to develop their skills and support the team with a variety of administrative tasks.
What you’ll be doing:- Handling HR-related admin, including maintaining employee records and updating systems.
- Assisting with recruitment processes, from job adverts to onboarding.
- Managing holiday, absence, and payroll-related documentation.
- Supporting employee relations by assisting with queries and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- General administrative support to the HR team.
- Previous experience in an HR/admin role (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Salary: Negotiable (dependent on experience).
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
- Holiday entitlement: 22.5 days.
