Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Import Breakbulk Clerk for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Colnbrook, Berkshire area.
This role would be ideal for someone with 6-12 months in an airfreight environment. Objective of role is to process import consolidations at Heathrow Airport ensuring customs records are created and updated; ensuring all necessary controls, formalities and procedures are implemented, in line with departmental goals.
- Understanding concept of MAWB & HAWB in an import or export context
- Able to multi-task in an often fast-paced environment
- High standard of accuracy, attention to detail with good arithmetic skills
- High standard of Customer Service skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and logical, with the ability to use initiative.
- To demonstrate a positive attitude, with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
Hours are Monday - Friday 0900 - 1730
