Key Account Operator

We are recruiting a Key Account Operator (progressing to Manager, once the candidate has proven they are the right person for the role).

Key Skills Required

· Customs Clearance of airfreight shipments using CDS (Our operating system is Sequoia)

· Road Freight exports/imports customs entries including raising T1 documents

· Coordinating with handling agents at LHR to obtain the release of cargo

· Arrange collections from LHR and deliveries to clients, nationwide

· Quoting clients

· Administration including raising invoices, and passing supplier's invoices for payment

· Strong understanding of quality customer service, as this is what our business is built on.

· Troubleshooting (Frequently, these clients we work with will present a problem, which we are not already familiar with, meaning we need to go away and determine how to resolve their issue - Think outside the box)

· Strong attention to detail. This is where stand out candidates separate themselves from standard candidates. People with a low attention to detail are very quickly found out, and moved along. This is by far the most important criteria for any candidate. We will not tolerate silly errors on entries that an experienced head should not be making, such as not reading instructions or commercial documentation fully.

Working hours: 09.00am -17.00am, Monday to Friday

Salary: c£46,000 including 10% of annual salary, if the business sales target is met/exceeded each year
