This full time Lecturer in Plumbing Role at a college in Berkshire encompasses a broad range of responsibilities aimed at delivering high-quality education and training in plumbing studies.
The main responsibility is to facilitate student learning through effective teaching and assessment, ensuring that students achieve their educational goals.This involves the management of teaching programs, regular assessment of student progress, and maintaining high standards of discipline and morale both inside and outside the classroom.The lecturer is expected to monitor and record student progress and interventions and keep abreast of developments in the professional field through continuous learning and engagement with the industry.
The successful candidate will need relevant professional qualifications, recent industry experience, and ideally, experience in teaching and course development.
