Our Client is a multinational logistics, courier and package delivery company with multiple sites all over the world and are currently looking for a Multi-Modal Export Pricing Specialist to join their team based in Slough, London.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and issue quotations on Cargowise to prospects and customers
  • Follow up issued quotations
  • Procurement of services such as airfreight rates, ocean rates, haulage etc.
  • Hold regular service review meeting with key suppliers. Minimize cost increases
  • Handling of RFQ/Tenders from customers, prospects and network offices
  • Lead sourcing
  • Developing new business opportunities
  • Customer retention & development via physical visit and maintenance via telephone
  • Ensure your own personal training remains accurate and manage all Pharmaceutical Products including Life Science and Pharmaceutical Healthcare products compliantly, ensuring that all training and guidelines are adhered to without fail.

Additional Requirements:

  • You may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Company from time to time. Subject to adequate experience and/or training.
  • To participate in the annual performance appraisal and objective setting scheme.
  • To work in accordance with all company policies including Health and Safety, Employment, Staff, Quality and Environmental.
  • It is important that during the employment with the Company and any time thereafter, that any information relating to the affairs of the Company is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • To have a detailed knowledge of and apply the Depot’s Business Plan in all aspects of development.
