- A relevant qualification in Quality, Health & Safety, or Environmental Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor).
- Proven experience in a QHSE management role within an engineering or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Ability to develop and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the business.
- Managing and improving the company's QHSE systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Leading internal and external audits and ensuring ISO certifications are maintained.
- Conducting risk assessments, implementing corrective actions, and driving a strong safety culture.
- Providing training and guidance on QHSE policies and best practices.
- Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing preventative measures.
- Working closely with senior management to align QHSE strategies with business goals.
- Ensuring environmental and sustainability objectives are met.
