Managing all the incoming customer emails and requests regarding returned products.

Log all returns and follow up any old returns not processed.

Organising all the collections for returns and checking they have been received.

Working with the warehouse to ensure returns are processed correctly and in a timely manner.

Raising credits in relation to the returns and replacement orders.

Working with the courier company regarding any queries/missed collections.

Investigation into history of faults/complaints/reasons for collection.

Learn the product to advise/guide customers as necessary.

Improve the returns process/automate where possible (with new Sage 200 system)
