Sales Support Coordinator (Retention), Slough:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team in a busy environment.
- Keep records and trackers of all customer 1 - 5 year contracts
- Own the customer retention process and work with sales to ensure customer retention.
- Process sales orders and ensure accuracy in data entry.
- Coordinate with clients on order status and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain CRM records and update client information.
- Assist in preparing sales performance reports.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfilment
Profile
Sales Support Coordinator (Retention), Slough:
