Duties
- Take client briefs and develop compelling pitches
- Exceptional pitch and presentation abilities
- Strategize with the team to win projects
- Collaborate with Architectural Technicians, 3D, and Graphics Teams
- Approve and oversee technical drawings
- Manage projects from handover to completion, ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintain high design standards and stay updated with industry trends
Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Interior Design, Architecture or a similar field
- Essential experience in commercial office interiors (projects over 20,000 sq. ft and £1m+)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
- Effective pitching experience in a competitive environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team
